The first thing that we can say about Pen Drago is that it has a nice website. And that’s about the only positive thing we found about the company. When we say a nice website, we take its visual appeal into consideration. The colors and illustrations look well. But there’s a huge problem: the site does not give you all the information you need before ordering a paper.

You won’t know what the price is. You don’t know if they deliver the type of paper that you need. The terms and conditions are clear, but they benefit the company instead of the user.

For example, you only have 10 calendar days to ask for a revision. They only give you one revision. If you still don’t like the paper, the company requires a payment to keep fixing it. That makes no sense.

We ordered a paper for this PenDrago review, and we realized why the policies were tailored that way. This company is all about taking your money, and not at all about meeting your needs.

Is PenDrago Legit?

This is a relatively new service. It just showed up on the market, so it’s not weird to have questions about its legitimacy.

There aren’t any PenDrago reviews on TrustPilot, and there’s only one on SiteJabber. This tells us an important thing: students avoid using this service, since it doesn’t clarify the prices and services.

We used it because we wanted to give you a reliable review. We noted several issues about its credibility:

Allow us to state that the writers overestimate themselves.

Although we set a deadline of 7 days for the order, no one bid with the minimum price. It’s a pretty long deadline, so it’s not unreasonable to expect offers around $20 per page. But the lowest bid was $35 per page for a simple literature essay. The writer we hired seemed like the best match, since their profile said they are experienced in the field of literature. She gave us a price of $39 per page, which was a bit extreme.

You’re not getting any discounts here. When you access the order form, there’s a claim that loyal users get 5%, 10%, or 15% off the full price. That’s not true, since the writers tend to bid higher when they see that they have to work for a “discounted” price.

Did We Get a Quality Paper?

When you order a literature essay from a professional writer, you don’t expect them to paraphrase reviews from Goodreads. But that’s exactly what happened with the order that we placed for the needs of this Pen Drago review.

We asked the writer to complete a paper on British modern literature. She named the most popular writers at the moment, and she paraphrased the first Goodreads review for each of them. The paper lacked structure. The paragraphs were not connected to each other. The introduction did not have a thesis statement. It was a complete mess and we immediately asked for revisions.

They ignored our messages for five days straight. Finally, the writer responded and told us that she would revise the paper. She delivered it back in two days, but not much was improved. It was still a paraphrased paper with no soul. But since we used our right to one free revision, they asked us to pay if we wanted her to keep working on it.

What a mess!
